The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, with shops and the beach just a stroll away.

I experienced delays with maintenance requests. The gym facilities felt inadequate compared to my expectations.

It's really special hotel with attentive and helpful staff. The restaurant serves excellent French food.

Perfectly clean hotel in a very pretty building not far from both the beach, restaurants and shops all, and the waterfront & old town. Very clean beds, perfect and nice location to the most attractions. For tea or coffee visit Le Cafe Blanc nearby.

Great outdoor pool area for relaxation.

The check-in process was frustrating. We waited outside for our room, and it felt unprofessional when the receptionist didn't inform anyone about our presence before leaving for the day. The room's soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear every step from above.

I liked the location best of all----the beds were also very comfortable-- Beautiful decor--although I think the room was smaller than I'd hoped!

The shower door was tricky to open & close.

Breakfast €22 pp, high price. Shower in gym broken for several days and out of use.

Beautiful hotel slightly set back from beach in a quiet area, fabulous rooms, beautifully decorated.

Beware of the public car parking, it cost us 35 euros overnight!!!

The night staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The design of the room was very nice.

The Tradition Room was decent, but it felt a bit stuffed, and the carpet seemed old. The bathroom worked fine, but the shower could use some maintenance since the water wasn't hot enough. The bathtub drain wasn't the best. We had standing water. When I flagged this to the staff, they checked but didn't do much about it. The room wasn't what I hoped for, especially given the price.

Great heated pool for kids, but breakfast options were limited and repetitive.

The location was ideal for shoppers and the decoration very tasteful.

We have been staying in two rooms (Junior suite garden view and Junior suite with terrace). The rooms are very modern in design and comfortable, with well sized bathroom and shower. The location of the hotel is perfect - very convenient in the centre of Cannes (the hotel exit at the the main shopping street, 2 minutes walk from the sea). There is a great terrace with sitting tables and comfortable sofas where we have enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. The swimming pool although small in size is clean and great for kids. Although in the centre of the town, the hotel (both rooms facing the garden) was very quiet and pleasant.

Service at the reception - generally friendly and pleasent but at times wile helping us the staff was answering questions from other guests at the same time ... in the meantime we were standing and waiting.

The hotel has a really pleasant atmosphere with a superb location.

the breakfast selection was good. though the pool area felt a bit small. staff were attentive and helpful. location was perfect for shopping. the warm pool was amazing for our kids! !
